1. Non-Refundable Services

Payments become non-refundable once work has started. This applies to:

• Resume ATS Score Reports

• Resume Writing

• LinkedIn Profile Optimization

• Cover Letter Writing

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations allowed only within 2 hours of purchase if no work has started.

• Requests must be emailed to success@resumeguruji.com with order details.

• After work begins, no cancellations are possible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only in these cases:

• Duplicate payment made in error.

• Service not delivered within committed timelines (without communication).

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Customer delays in sharing required documents.

• Style or format dissatisfaction (covered by revisions).

4. Revision Policy

• Resume Writing, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Optimization include unlimited revisions for up to 5 days after delivery.

• Revisions are for fine-tuning, not rewriting from scratch.

5. Delivery Timelines

• ATS Score Report: 24–48 hours after receiving resume.

• Resume Writing, LinkedIn, Cover Letter: 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
